“If there are more stars to rate, I would certainly give them more! I built my first pool with Vollmer custom pools and it was probably the nicest pool in my neighborhood of 900 plus houses. The process exactly went as it was described to me. More importantly, even after all warranties have expired, when we I had any issues, they were super helpful in addressing them. Needless to say, I’m currently building my second pool with them, were more than halfway done and they’ve lived to the expectation I have gotten used to. “After recently purchasing a home ‘inside the loop’, we were in search of a firm to build our pool; not an easy task, considering how many ‘pool contractors’ there are within the greater Houston area. It was our good fortune to find Vollmer Custom Pools.
David Vollmer met us at the new home construction site, looked closely at the mature trees, size and style of home and took notes based upon our vision. He quickly forwarded a comprehensive plan which is perfect for us!!
Vollmer and his experienced, efficient staff created just what we had in mind. Vollmer intalled a salt water pool and spa which contain a ‘tsunami’, in-floor cleaning system that is phenomenal.
